MISSION
Our Mission
360 elite performance is a non-profit organization devoted to serving the community through baseball and softball. We will carry out our mission by providing a place of positive influence for athletes in underserved communities and guide their development into becoming impactful members of society.
OUR GOALS
To provide an alternative to the pay-to-play model of youth sports with a focus on social impact across the United States and Beyond.
OUR PLAYERS
360 Elite Performance brings its programs to kids 6-18 years old.
THEORY OF CHANGE
By creating safe places to play and train,supplying trained caring coaches, and providing an evidence-based curriculum we build important skills which impose long-term positive changes in our player’s lives.
