Francisco Gracesqui
Founder & CEO
Francisco Gracesqui is the founder and CEO of 360 Elite Performance, a non-profit organization that utilizes baseball to enrich the lives and future of the under privileged youth. Gracesqui has been a professional athlete for over ten years in addition to 10 years of coaching, gaining advantageous experience and valuable knowledge that he wants to share. It was due to hard work, determination and unrelenting perseverance he was able to play for the Blue Jays organization and other organizations. He plans to use the invaluable information learned through this journey to aid the growth and development of kids wanting to pursue baseball that do not have access to programs, coaches and equipment needed to succeed.
Melvin Garcia
Hitting Coordinator
Melvin joined 360 as the Hitting coordinator shortly after the founding of the organization. He was a high school star baseball player in New York City at Monroe High School. Right out of High School he was drafted in the 33rd round by the Toronto Blue Jays where he played 4 seasons. Melvin also brings 10 years of coaching experience to 360 Elite Performance.
Noel Santos
Strengthening Coordinator
Noel Santos joined 360 Elite Performance in 2021. Noel continues to be a member of the upper Manhattan area where he grew playing baseball along side 360 Elite Performance founder, Francisco Gracesqui. Noel’s talent and hard work on the diamond led him to multiple baseball scholarships, eventually ending up at Central Michigan’s Division 1 program. Noel went on to graduate with a concentration in Accounting. Before joining 360 Elite Performance Noel worked at top accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Pier Santini
Infield Coordinator
Pier Santini joined 360 Elite Performance in 2021. Pier attended New York’s baseball famous George Washington high school. Then went continued his baseball career to the State University
of New York at Canton
